About the Helpline

At Alnylam, we value our strong ethical culture and promote the highest standards of personal and professional responsibility and integrity, as described in our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”). 

To maintain our commitment to ethics and compliance, we need your help in identifying and reporting any potential concerns about how we conduct business or potential violations of our Code, policies or the law. 

If you become aware of anything that concerns you, you are required to report the Matter in a timely fashion to any Alnylam manager, Compliance, Legal, Quality, HR, or through any member of management. 

We cant do this alone; if we don’t know about a concern or a problem, we can’t fix it.

How to Report a Matter

You can report a concern or ask a question via the Alnylam Helpline (the “Helpline"), which is available 24/7 and is managed by Convercent, our external vendor. The Helpline is offered in every language.  

Reporting is easy, it can be made anonymously, and you will find simple instructions above. 

At Alnylam, we have a strict non-retaliation policy which prohibits any form of direct or indirect retaliation, intimidation, or adverse action against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.  When a concern is reported, we commit to responding and investigating the issue, and then following up with you.

Every effort is made to appropriately maintain confidentiality, recognizing that there are times where the law, nature of the concern, or other circumstances may restrict confidentiality.
